第十二届中西部地区翻译理论与教学研讨会

暨翻译研究国际论坛

（一号通知）

为服务“一带一路”、“中国文化走出去”、“长江经济带”等国家发展战略，提高中西部地区翻译理论与教学研究水平，进一步加强政府、企业、高校、研究机构等在翻译人才培养方面的协同创新，湖北省翻译工作者协会拟定于2017年10月在湖北经济学院（武汉）召开第十二届中西部地区翻译理论与教学研讨会暨翻译研究国际论坛。

  

一、研讨会宗旨

1.配合“一带一路”、“中国文化走出去”、“长江经济带”等国家发展战略，整合政、产、学、研等各方面资源，搭建高校翻译人才培养合作交流平台，共同策划、实施协同创新机制下中西部地区翻译理论、翻译教学、翻译人才培养等重大课题。

2.促进中西部地区高等院校与语言服务产业之间的对接，探寻校企互利互惠、深层次合作的路径与机制，探讨BTI、MTI院校如何结合学校优势学科与区域发展需求，确立学科发展科学定位，培养专、精、尖复合型职业翻译人才。

六、论文提交

摘要提交方式：请登录http://wyxy.hbue.edu.cn/，下载附件一，按要求填写并提交论文摘要，填写完成后发送至邮箱：MCSTTP2017@hbue.edu.cn。

论文摘要需包括以下内容：

1．中英文论文题目及3-5个关键词；

2．论文对应的分论坛，并选择是否参加分组发言；

3．中英文摘要（英文300词以内，汉语400字以内）；

4．作者信息（包括姓名、工作单位、联系电话、电子邮箱等）。

时间安排：

       1．论文摘要提交截止时间为2017年6月30日。

       2．论文全文提交截止时间为2017年8月20日。

       3．大会组委会将对摘要进行匿名评审，并于2017年8月31日前向通过评审的作者发送邀请函。

  

七、报名及参会事项

1. 本次研讨会欢迎国内外尤其是国内中西部地区各级政府与企事业单位外事和翻译部门、高校翻译院系、翻译企业以及相关机构报名参加。

2. 本次研讨会会务费为700元/人（在读研究生凭学生证减半），用于会议组织等相关费用开支。

3. 与会者交通、住宿费用自理。会务组将提供预订住宿服务。需要预订住宿者，请在报名回执中注明。

4. 有意参会者请填写报名回执（附件二），通过电子邮件或传真发至会务组。

Call for Papers

China’s national strategies of “The Belt and Road Initiative”, “the Yangtze River Economic Zone” and “Chinese culture’s going global” call for a big stride forward in developing language service industry. In order to enhance researches on translation theories and pedagogy in the Midwest China and to strengthen the collaborative innovation of translator training between government departments, universities, enterprises and research institutions, the Translators Association of Hubei Province(TAHP) is pleased to announce the call for papers for the 12th Midwest China Symposium on Translation Theory and Pedagogy and the International Forum on Translation Studies to be held in Hubei University of Economics (Wuhan) in October, 2017.

  

Themes

TAHP invites all those interested - practitioners, academics, students, agencies, software makers and policy makers - to submit proposals for papers dealing with the following session themes:

  

1. Translation Theories & Practice

• Translation strategies and translation norms

• Translation and identity construction

• Language policies and translators’ subjectivity

• Translation of the Chu (Hubei) culture and its international dissemination

  

2. TranslationPedagogy in the New Era

• Construction of corpus for translation teaching

• Online translation teaching mode and its evaluation system

Language Service Industry

language service industry and its integrity with “The Belt and Road Initiative”

4. Cultivation of Translation Talents in Specialized Fields

• Developmental Orientation of translation disciplines based on school strengths and

You need to provide:

• an English abstract of less 300 words and up to 5 keywords, indicating the type of

presentation (a 15-minuteduration)

• a short professional biography inclusive of a photo
